What this form collects

First Move Club asks for your name, email, age, gender, dating preferences, relationship intent, activities and a short description of your active life. Your neighbourhood, Instagram and referral source are optional. Dating preferences are private and may reveal sensitive information about you.

How it is used

Hosts use these details to review your application, plan compatible groups, discuss activity verification and contact you about suitable pilot events. Applying is not consent to a marketing mailing list. We do not publish applications or share them with other applicants.

Where it goes

Applications are sent to our configured application service for host review. Hosting and application service providers process information to deliver that service and may operate outside Canada. Hosts must limit access to people who need it to run the pilot.

Activity evidence

This form asks only how you could verify activity later. Do not send workout screenshots, fitness profile links, medical records, exact routes or account passwords here. If evidence is needed later, a host will first explain what is needed, how it will be reviewed and when it will be deleted. This website does not connect to fitness accounts or automatically delete evidence held by another service.

Retention and your choices

Our pilot retention policy is to remove application details within 90 days of submission unless you choose to continue with an event or ask us to retain them for future invitations. Event participation records have separate purposes and retention terms explained before booking. Deletion from the application service, inboxes and connected tools is handled by the host; it is not automated by this site.

To request access, correction, withdrawal or deletion, contact hello@firstmoveclub.com. Withdrawing application consent means we cannot continue matching you to events. Some service backups may persist under their providers' retention schedules.

Introductions and photos

Hosts only arrange a personal introduction with permission from both people. Photography and marketing use require separate consent at the event. Applying does not grant permission to publish your image.
