Which activity screenshot should I share?
One screenshot of your recent activity is enough; you can add up to three. A host reviews it privately and it's deleted after seven days. We look for a regular routine, not speed, body size or calories burned.
A screenshot — or a public Strava/Garmin profile link, or choosing “Talk to the host instead” — is what starts your 48-hour review.
Strava or Garmin. In Strava, open You → Activities; in Garmin Connect, open Activities. Screenshot your recent activity list with the dates visible. Hide maps and locations. No paid subscription needed.
Apple Fitness / Apple Health. Open Fitness → Summary → Sessions and screenshot your recent workout list with the dates visible. If you use Apple Health, show only your workout history. Don't export your health data.
ClassPass or a class app. Open your past or attended classes and screenshot the recent ones with the dates visible. Upcoming, cancelled or missed bookings don't show attendance. Hide studio locations and payment details.
Other app, studio, gym or club. Screenshot a dated attendance, workout or club history that shows your recent activity. Hide membership numbers, locations and payment details. A membership receipt alone doesn't show you take part.
One screenshot showing a few recent weeks is plenty. A host may ask about your routine; a screenshot supports that conversation, it doesn't automatically approve a request.
Keep dates and activity types readable. Crop out names you do not want to share, maps, addresses, heart rate, weight, medical information and payment details. No PDFs, account exports, passwords or account connections.
The fastest way to be verified is a public Strava or Garmin profile link in your preferences: the host can confirm you're active in a minute, without waiting on a screenshot review.
No tracker, or prefer not to upload? Choose “Talk to the host instead” in your preferences and we'll arrange a short check another way.
